We are not a design/build company. We only specialize in the design portion of each project. However, we do work with some of the best construction companies in L.A. and we will serve as your advocate as part of our service. Further into your project we may refer you to our go-to Contractors, upon your request.

Our design service includes the designing of your intended project, as well as, administrating throughout the construction process to ensure proper, precise, and high quality building is incorporated into your project.

You will receive a complimentary initial consultation so we can learn more on what your goals are for your project. Following the meeting, you will be provided with a Design Proposal for which will contain our pricing structure for your intended project for you to review. Prices vary from project to project. We base our pricing according to location/zoning, design complexity, involvement of Building & Safety authorities, accessibility, and several other factors.

We may provide you with referrals of one Contractor per each of the following trades: Hardscape/Masonry, Softscaping, Pool Building, Carpentry, Painting, and Wrought Iron.

Our scheduling process is strictly based on a "First Come, First Serve" method. We will inform you on our availability and we can schedule you to the soonest available time. Moreover, the construction commencement will be based according to your hired Contractors' availabilities.
